All transactions on pk7 are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP) using local payment channels available to Filipino players. Deposits are credited to your account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the Deposit page, subject to identity verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. pk7 does not accept payments from third parties; all deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Any attempt to use fraudulent payment methods will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk7: using the platform for any unlawful purpose; attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform's systems; using bots or automated tools to place bets orinteract with the platform; creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions; and providing false information during registration or verification. pk7 actively monitors account activity for signs of prohibited behaviour and will take action — including account suspension and fund forfeiture — where violations are detected. Players who believe their account has been restricted in error may contact our support team to request a review. We reserve the right to update the list of prohibited activities at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any such updates.
